South Cove Camping & Golf is a family-owned business that has been part of the Shediac landscape for generations. Established in 1967 by the Robichaud family, the business has been a source of summer fun and good memories for over 50 years.
In 2010, 95 new camping sites were added offering modern anemeties. We are dedicated to continuously improving our facilities to ensure the best experience for our campers.
Our golf course has also seen many improvements troughout the last 5 years. The PAR 3 course is able to accommodate golfers of all skill levels.
Meet Our Staff
Suzanne Robichaud
South Cove Manager, and accounts payable
Suzanne is a semi-retired teacher who still likes to help in schools and supervises teachers in training. She’s an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys hiking, biking, gardening and now kayaking.
Lise Robichaud
Customer Service
Lise is also a retired teacher. She enjoys kayaking, gardening and likes to paint watercolors. You can see some of her paintings at Maritime Crafts in Shediac.
Eddie Lynch
Programming and tech
Eddie was born in New Zealand and has lived and worked in over a dozen countries before settling in Shediac, his wife’s, Rachelle, hometown.
Dauphine Buckles
Assistant manager
Dauphine is returning at South Cove this summer as our new assistant manager. She is originally from the Cheticamp area in NS. She lived in Kitchener, Ontario, until moving to Shediac in 2019. You can find her on the pickleball court in her free time!
Carmella Killam
Housekeeping
Carmela has been with South Cove for over 10 years. She enjoys cross country skiing, dancing, and spending time with her family.
Nick Robichaud
Golf Course Superintendent
Nick has over 20 years of golf course maintenance experience. He attends annual training with Plant Health Atlantic to ensure he has a green and healthy golf course. In his spare moments, he practices karate.
